What format and size of documents

Sorry me again, any one can tell me what is the misterious size and format of documents i should send to AW verify my profile.

the site send emailswith half of information.. so very poor customer services and never give us a full answer for anything making it nearly impossible.

Also i believe with tecnology they should be ableto read your IP location...so they would know you are in theUK.. why need to take stupid pictures holding news paper? its sound crippy...lol

Hi, technology also exists to change/mask your IP so checking it is only for guidance. I can change mine to any country I was in about 3 selects. IP tracing is used as a guide only.

Images should be clear and legible. Size and format dont overly matter because if its readable then its readable. The higher the better. Format jpeg or png should be fine.
