Unable to view cam?

Hello,

Never had any issues with AW before but as of last night I am unable to view any cams in either free or paid mode.

Here's what happens:

I log in as normal
I search as normal
Select a lady to cam with
The usual 'box' comes up
I press start
the usual 'connecting' message comes up (with the little 'dots' thing)

Then nothing happens it just stays in 'connecting' mode for ages but won't actually connect.

Happens on whichever lady's cam I choose and happens whether I'm on free or paid.

I haven't 'changed' any of my settings etc.

Anyone advise please?

Have you contacted aw via there help desk with your issues ? Perhaps directcam is having issues again, there were problems the other week as AW were having an denial of service attack

Type in the search bar and click search. Read the relevant info that comes up. When you press close on a help article it also gives you a feedback box where you can contact AW direct.

Are you using a mobile device? What is your upload speed like? I believe the justcamit system can be glitchy sometimes, but both provider and customer need to have fairly stable and fast connection for things to work properly x

The exact same thing has happened to me its driving me nuts. Did you figure anything out?
