Yeah we had same, but it got refunded. Apparently the person that tipped us there account was 'hacked' so adultwork refunded the credits.

ive had that before and he was using a frauduent credit card so lost out on the credits .... or it could be also hes asked AW for them to be refunded back to him ..... means AW will hold the credits till its been resolved you may get them back you may not unfair really ... x x

Shit isnt it. Happened to me about 5 times now. Email them in a year and you might get them...I had it happen when I joined in 2013 and I emailed about them on the off chance this summer and they gave them to me lol
