Hey,
I'm having Issues with your website. When i joined I verified my profile in the wizard with the bit paper and stuff. my gender was set to trans female:

All was good. then I got an email asking to verify again a second time for an escort account which should be no problem. i have a passport and stuff but for whatever reason the gender has been set to male there:

Now this is a problem. 1 i dont identify as male
2 my passport says female on it so verification would not be possible.
I try to fix it but because im already verified the 1st time it says I cant change gender:

please say this can be fixed. I tried support but there only response is "you cant change your gender" so is it stuck? i hope not because i have done nothing wrong and im not writing to another country which is the only way it says I can contact Adult work. This is not fair.

Just keep using the help center to send them emails until it gets corrected.

whenever i try it gives me the did not send messege because my problems too much like the page that says i cant change it :/

this is the 8th time i tried rewording it, The support sucks on site

When it comes up with the page saying it has not been submitted, take a look at the bottom right hand corner of the page. There should be a button saying submit anyway (or something of the like). Just click this and it should send.

Hi, click the bottom right button one more time. Its only suggesting other articles, its not saying you cant submit it.
