Are you still buying dodgy Viagra ? - Nova70 - 02-10-2015

Well if the answer to that question is yes then I urge you to think again.

I've always bought my own from licenced online pharmacies such as Medical Specialists but since Pfizer's patent expired the cost has tumbled, first came the generic versions such as Teva etc but now it seems Pfizer have responded by cutting the cost of the original, the buying power of the big high street chemists and even supermarket pharmacies may also be a factor as you can now purchase the drug from them without much hassle.

I now get my own from Superdrug online, it's the same process as before, I fill out a medical questionairre which is passed on to a doctor for approval but the big difference is the cost, 50mg Viagra is about £7 a tab so £56 for a box of eight whereas I would have been paying around £80 from the private online pharmacies.

If your using the drug for recreational purposes you may have to lie about having erectile dysfunction but you should answer the other questions honestly, Viagra has proved to be a very safe drug but if you suffer from certain medical conditions such as clinical high or low blood pressure you probably shouldn't be using it.

Yes I know you can get something that's advertised as Viagra cheaper still from unlicenced sources but is it really worth getting ripped off or even risking your health when you can get the real thing or a generic from a well known pharmacy.

Get it prescribed. It is cheaper than it used to be. You should avoid buying the fake blue pills.

No. You have to show a prescription at the chemist signed by your GP, then they prepare it and you go pick it up at the pharmacy, usually the following day.

Yes if you trust your supplier and your happy with the results that's fine, I just don't think there's any need to take risks anymore by buying from unlicenced sources on the internet or small ads.

I use the superdrug online doctor service to get viagra in "just in case" and it works amazingly, it's good to know it's legitimate too!!

Yes Cherry, I know you can still buy something that's advertised as Sildenafil from unlicenced sources but why risk it when the real thing is now relatively cheap and easy to get hold of.

This isn't something I'd buy, buying and supplying clients isn't something I wish to be responsible for - they have to find their own supply.

I am however aware it can be obtained OTC from ASDA, Boots and other pharmacies, and I tell them this when asked.

Unless you know off a particular underlying medical reason to take it, I would suggest you visit a GP and discuss why you think you need to take it. These are fairly strong drugs so I would urge caution on ordering them online, if you really feel the need to self med I would suggest you buy the low strength ones and see how you get on. If or when I consider the need to take them my first point of call will be a GP as I'd be more worried about another potential and possible life threatening health issue being the root cause. GP's hear and see worse things every day so no need to be nervous.

As I'm sure you know MacGO most punters who use these drugs don't have erectile dysfunction it just makes round two or round three more likely, yes if you really do have erectile dysfunction then you should consult your GP but some GPs may not ask any more questions in person than the online docs do, but again I stress if you are buying for recreational purposes and you are telling porkies about having a problem do answer the other questions honestly as other medical conditions may make these drugs unsuitable for you.
