I've spent some time searching but have only found a thread from 2012 so thought it worth posting a fresh one.

A bit of an update for me, I've started my competition diet, I am leaning up and have the signs of a six pack. I do not however have a 'huge ripped and rippling' physique, partly because I don't use certain supplements. Well, funely enough I think I am the original poster of that thread in 2012 Carpendium!.
I have not been on here for about 2 years- sorry about that.
'annabelle', you write that there are plenty of muscular escorts advertising on the front pages of AW- well I've never seen any!, whatsmore most advertisers on the front page are based in London- there is a whole country out there where punters are based- not everone is London-Centric!.
