Iv had a few people message me saying my direct chat isn't working? Any ideas why this could be? X

Not sure if there was a problem with Direct Chat the other day as I didn’t take calls – I’ve had that in the past but the fault has usually been my mobile service provider, as when I’ve looked at my phone it states ‘emergency calls only’ – depends where I am in the house.
Also…. on the ‘Direct Chat Call’ history, (next to the Call Log heading) there is another sub heading titled ‘Error Log’ – you can view the calls that tried to call that didn’t get through and the reason why.
