Trasfering member to Group Administrator - adultissys - 01-02-2013

I have a performer that has a active account on a Group Administrator (other studio) and wants to transfer it on a other Group Administrator (my studio). We have all the Login information, but we are having a bad time solving this matter.
Please help us out if there is any solution

I believe that the performer has to tell their current group manager that they wish to leave the group first. Then the profile can be removed from that group and added to yours.
