I was on Direct chat about half an hour ago and the credits aren't showing on my statement. I've had a few people come into my room for cam since then and all of those credits are appearing on the statement.

I had this once...I emailed AW and they magically appeared.

I have seen this happen a few times recently, if you let AW know the details they will add the credits to your account.

I emailed AW and told them about it then I received a response telling me that the problem had been fixed, but the credits still aren't on my statement. I just logged out and in again but nothing's changed.

Just had another reply - "Please advise us the name of the member that this show was with and the
time so that we can assist you further."
WTF? How am I meant to know the member's name when it was through direct chat?

Good idea but he isn't showing.
How weird! The call was at 20:26pm and it was for 9mins 45 seconds. Admin, can you help? AW haven't responded to my last email.

have you looked under "emails & bookings", "directchat call history"?

They wouldnt respond to me any quicker sorry, if they dont reply by morning let me know and I can chase it up with them, they could be off out scaring the kids tonight.
