Cam to Cam problem with justcamit - maggiebabes - 29-10-2012
can any one offer some help?
I have been using JCI for some time and had no problem with Cam to Cam.
but a couple of weeks ago, I found that I can no longer get C2C ? when I right click the name, the C2C option is greyed out.
My setting is H264 as it always has been

I heard of this happening to another member recently but dont remember if they got it fixed sorry.

I had this EXACT same problem (the 2-way c2c option suddenly being greyed out) and couldn't figure out why. So it was suggested that I try using the website version of JustCamIt (instead of the downloaded software version), and the cam 2 cam works fine when I use the site's version.
So I've stopped using the JCI software and now only use the website version of JCI. It's at:

Relieved to see it's not just me having problems with JCI. I'm using JCIlite on a Mac, and I can't even see a C2C option! Even though the cam is on, and I can see it's feed on the screen, it says chat only, and clients can't see me, and I can't se them!! What am I doing wrong?

Log into your adultwork profile. Go to 'my details', then scroll down and click on 'edit profile'. Go to the webcam tab and click on 'edit directcam settings'. Sounds like you have ticked I wish to provide typed text-chat only, (called DirectIM), with no video sent from my PC or shown to clients.
