Getting the most out of Twitter and the Site - admin - 04-02-2012
Adultwork have recently added some social networking functionality.

Several pages include share buttons. Via these buttons it is possible to share your content on Twitter, Facebook and other popular social networking Sites.
The following pages are currently enabled:
Profiles
Sale Items
Rental Movies
Field Reports
Keep people coming to your pages by sharing these things as and when you add new ones (or make important updates to them).
The following content upload pages have a tick box that, if ticked, will update your Twitter status as and when you add new content:
Add Free Gallery Images
Add Private Gallery Images
Add Movie Clips (or by FTP)
Any new visitors you bring to the Site will be registered to you as part of the Member Referral Scheme.

However...
Send friends, associates and clients to AdultWork.com and we will pay you a percentage of every credit they purchase, (this is what we call a Level 1 Referral). If the person you referred then refers someone else, you will get a percentage of every credit they purchase too! (This is what we call a Level 2 Referral.) The current percentage for Level 1 Referrals is 3.00% and for Level 2, 1.00%. Referral purchases made after six months of membership and Credits purchased via SMS are excluded from this scheme.
This has to be probably the worst referral scheme on the web, I am not saying do not use it as i have used it myself, but I also found that you can promote far better income schemes with lifetime referrals - why should you only get the percentage for the first 6 months?

I think the Referral scheme for this is just a little add-on. With the main purpose being more exposure to your own private galleries/movies.

People often ask how to do this, just use the code below to promote your profile and earn referral credits
Use http://refer.adultwork.com adding this after /?R=YOUR_PROFILE_NUMBER&T=YOUR_PROFILE_NUMBER
If you have a web site and want to promote it on your AW profile you need to have a link back to AW and you should use the referral code to earn some credit for this

I have noticed that my share buttons have dissapeared from my AW profile. Having looked at some of the other profiles the same appears to have happened. I'm wondering if it is something that is linked back to the issue AW was having last week? Any ideas?
