Go to "My Details" and then "Registration Details" - you should be able to tick the Escort / Webcam / whatever service you offer box. If not, instead you'll get an error message that says something along the lines of "Verification is required, to upload document click HERE" 
Click onto that link and you should be able to upload the relevant documents. I think you're saying you've already uploaded your ID, but they are asking you for a verification photo which is something different (a photo of you holding a piece of paper with today's date, your AW ID number and Adult Work written on it.)

• Sorry but you appear to have been verified already, unless specifically requested to do so, there is no need for you to upload any documents. this is what write and i can upload this verification...
