How often do you masturbate? Do you need something to put you in the mood or does it just happen for no apparent reason? Do you need a visual stimulus to get you off or does the feel of your own touch or a toy do it for you?

Every day, if I get the spare time (had builders in recently so not so much in the last few weeks). Used to be several times a day, but things change, time isnt always there, and I dont like to rush it these days.
Normally watching porn, but dont need it to get me in the mood
. As far as on my own or with company, I don't generally have a choice as OH doesnt like sex in any way shape or form. So mainly alone and havent ever been used to company, but starting to enjoy having some company, and dont feel quite so shy about it.

Vulcan, you make me feel so much better about myself.
I am almost exactlythe same (scarily so, in fact).
But as the question was 'frequency', I am usually a once a day bloke. Breathing kinda puts me in the mood, LOL, but porn helps tickle the imagination, and get me off. I only know of one technique? (gonna go do some research into that in a minute! LOL!)
And, oh boy, do I prefer company, hell yes!

Me? When I'm working I go over to the apartment early in the morning and have a bit of a ritual, so I tend to wait for the real thing or masturbate in company.
If I'm not working it creeps up on me out of the blue and once I get that feeling, I have to give in to it. Due to having a teenage son living with me, if he is home I'll disappear up to my bedroom and use my oscillator under the covers and watch a bit of red tube on silent. If he is not home then forget the covers and it's on loud, as I like hearing the noises as much as seeing and it's usually a 3sum that gets me going.
On the odd occasion I'll masturbate before work or during phone sex too. I never do phone sex without masturbating. I'd hate to be one of those granny's with the knitting needles while it's all going on lol.
It does leave me frustrated though. You really can't beat the real thing, which is why it is always nice to do it with someone, so then you can make use of their hard on afterwards.
