My back is sensitive, but not to orgasm. I can't stand my feet being touched, as they are over sensitive and it makes me want to kick out.
My nipples are very sensitive and I can certainly feel the build up of an orgasm while they are being played with, but combine that with sex and I can hit the roof, which is an amazing feeling.

My clit is hypersensitive and I can hardly bear any form of contact until I'm in later stages of arousal and at the point of climax and well lubricated, another sensitive part is my nipples.
